Latest NOAA-15 Satellite Image Received on 19th Oct @ 07:50am local
These images are received by my radio station at Paradise Beach from NOAA Satellites 15,18 & 19 on 137.xxxMhz.
The antenna is a Discone connected to an SDRDUO receiver running SDRUNO software.
The signal is decoded and enhanced by WXtoIMG software. This software is where the magic takes place.
The image enhancement including colourisation, grid lines and land mass outlines takes place here.
